1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gentgolfers.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it.

In these Terms, "GentGolfers", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zuck Scale LLC. "You" refers to the person using the Store or placing an order.
2. Using the Store
By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, which form part of these Terms. You must be of legal age in your place of residence to place an order. The Store is intended for consumers buying for personal use.
3. Products and personalization
Every GentGolfers glove is made to order and personalized for a single customer. You are responsible for the initials, size, glove hand and other options you enter at checkout, so please check them before completing your purchase. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but leather is a natural material and small variations in color and texture are normal.
4. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or product description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are valid at the time you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there. Any customs or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Subscriptions
Some products are offered as a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method at each billing period. You can cancel through your customer portal or by emailing help@gentgolfers.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. 7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are personalized and then shipped with tracking to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated timelines, and what happens if an order is late, damaged or undeliverable, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Items from one order may ship separately.
8. Refunds, replacements and cancellations
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, free replacement terms and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund Policy. Because each glove enters production as soon as the order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except as described in that policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your place of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at help@gentgolfers.com so we can put it right.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
