1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (the “Terms”) set forth the general terms and conditions for using  gentgolfers.de (the “Shop”). These Terms apply when the buyer selects, orders, and purchases products offered in the Shop.

1.2. The Shop is an online retail marketplace aimed at consumers who purchase products for personal, family, or household use, unrelated to business or professional purposes.

1.3. Sales in the Shop are organized by Palaimink Zuckerbergai, MB

1.4. The products are shipped and stored hereHangzhou Jiaming Yichang Technology Co., Ltd., registered at Floor 8, Building B, No. 51, Xiba Road, Wuchang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province - B5327. The legal entity Dropecom MB, are not registered in the IOSS system, and ordered goods are shipped directly from the actual supplier in a third country to buyers in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. 

1.5. The "Buyer" in these terms and conditions is the person making a purchase in the shop. Purchases may be made by legally competent natural persons (adults whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court).

1.6. Together with the order placed by the Buyer, these terms and conditions constitute the contract between the Buyer and the Seller and are binding on both parties. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places the order, pays according to the procedures and deadlines set out in these terms and conditions, and the intermediary sends the Buyer an email confirmation of order acceptance. Unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise, the buyer must return the goods at their own expense.

 

2. Product Prices, Payment Methods, and Deadlines

2.1. The product prices displayed in the shop are final, as indicated at checkout, and are valid at the time of the order.

2.2. The available payment methods and payment steps are displayed at checkout. The buyer must complete payment using the selected method for the order to be processed.

3. Order Confirmation, Preparation, and Delivery

3.1. After the buyer has made a prepayment for the goods, the seller will only confirm fulfillment and delivery of the goods ordered in the buyer's shopping cart after receiving confirmation from the respective suppliers for the ordered goods.

3.2. The seller will make every effort to fulfill the buyer's order completely but does not provide an absolute guarantee. If, after the order has been placed, at least one ordered product (or a sufficient quantity) cannot be delivered, the intermediary will contact the buyer again and inform them of the product's unavailability and the available options (e.g., replacement, partial delivery, or refund of the unavailable item).

3.3. Goods purchased in the shop may be delivered separately by each supplier/delivery route; therefore, items from the same shopping cart/order may arrive at different times, but within the stated overall timeframe, provided this is feasible.

3.4. The delivery fee is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3.5. The goods ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer in the online store.

3.6. If the buyer or recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, the carrier/sender may deliver the goods to any other adult present at the specified address, provided this is permitted under the carrier's rules and local laws.

3.7. The buyer agrees in advance that the seller may enter into agreements with the seller for the mutual settlement of debts for each item purchased by the buyer, based on which the advance payment may be made.
