What You Can Expect

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. We will email you a confirmation the moment your refund is issued.

If your glove arrives damaged, faulty, or stamped differently from what you ordered, reach out right away. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and no return is needed.

Full Return & Refund Terms

1. Satisfaction Guarantee. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee runs from the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking. If you are not happy with your glove and it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, contact us within this window and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement.

2. Personalized, Made-To-Order Items. Every glove is custom made with the initials you choose, which means it cannot be restocked or resold. We still honor the satisfaction guarantee above for unused gloves within the 30-day window. Manufacturing defects and any error on our part are always covered, regardless of personalization.

3. Personalization Accuracy. You are responsible for the initials and options entered at checkout. A glove personalized exactly as you ordered is not eligible for a refund due to a typing or selection error on the order. Please double check your initials before completing your purchase. If we stamp your glove differently from what your order shows, we will replace it at no cost to you.

4. Return Authorization. All returns require prior authorization from our team. To begin, provide your order number, date of purchase, photographs of the glove in its current condition, and the reason for your return. We will then send return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

5. Timeline & Return Shipping. Approved returns must be postmarked within the 30-day window. Please pack the glove securely, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the glove and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund with no return required. This covers manufacturing defects and any fulfillment or personalization error on our side.

7. Inspection, Method & Timing. On receipt, each returned glove is inspected, which may take up to 10 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the refund. Refunds on orders placed with a discount, bundle, or promotion are calculated on the price actually paid.

8. Cancellations. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, personalization and manufacturing have likely already begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Exclusions & Changes. The following are excluded: requests made after the 30-day window; gloves showing signs of use or improper care; and items personalized to a specification the customer entered incorrectly. We reserve the right to limit or refuse requests showing patterns of abuse or fraud. We may update this policy at any time, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
