How subscriptions work

Some GentGolfers products can be bought as a subscription. When you subscribe, you receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you chose at checkout, and your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Managing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal (linked in your order confirmation emails) or by emailing help@gentgolfers.com.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We prepare materials for each renewal ahead of time, so a renewal that has already been charged cannot be cancelled.

Refunds on subscription orders

Subscription orders are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the terms of our Refund Policy. Renewals charged after the 60-day guarantee window are not eligible for a refund.

Billing details

Please keep your payment and shipping details up to date in your customer portal. If a payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know by email.
