Processing Time

Because each glove is built specifically for you, fine work takes a little time. Processing currently runs 2 to 4 weeks, and covers:

Personalization and manufacturing
Finishing and quality control
A final inspection before shipping

We hold to this so you receive something genuinely made for you, not something pulled off a bulk shelf.

Delivery Time

Once your glove leaves us, delivery is usually quick - typically 3 to 10 business days. A few things can shift that window slightly:

Shipping is included in your product price unless stated otherwise at checkout. The number you see is the number you pay.

Following your order

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, we email it to you the moment your order is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Rest assured that each piece is on its way to you.

Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may, in some cases, be subject to customs or import fees set by your country. These charges fall outside our control and remain the customer's responsibility where they apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and include the following so we can put it right quickly:

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging, if it arrived damaged

Changed your mind?

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, personalization and manufacturing have likely already begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
